Kaizen Kai Karate - Annual Beach Training

Our 2025 Beach Training session will take place on February 23rd. An action packed session for our Junior Dragons and Adults Karate programs.

Kaizen Kai Karate - SuperHero Week

SuperHero week for our Little Ninjas Karate program will take place 17th - 22nd February. Our Ninjas will use their super powers to save the Karate world in a great week of sessions!

Kaizen Kai Karate - Movie Night

Get your pillows, blankets, beanbags and popcorn ready - our Kids Karate Students will enjoy an awesome night watching a blockbuster movie with friends! (date TBD)

Kaizen Kai Karate - Trivia Night

Sharpen your pencils and study up on your general knowledge. Put a team together and compete for your chance to be No Limits Trivia Champions. (date TBD)
